“说”是一种艺术,能说会道的叫有“口才”,人们常把某个干部的口才好坏作为衡量其素质高低的一个标准。事实上,不应该光强调“说”,“听”也应是对领导干部的一项基本要求,是否“会听”、“善听”同样是一门重要的领导艺术。
“Saying” is an art, and it can be said that there are “eloquence.” People often use a cadre’s eloquence as a measure of its quality. In fact, we should not just emphasize “speaking.” “Listening” should also be one of the basic requirements for leading cadres. Whether they “will listen” or “listen to good” is also an important art of leadership.
