An image acquisition and processing software system for automatic detection of fluorescent electromagnetic was introduced. In the image processing, a smoothing method called hysteresis filter was adopted, and then a one-dimensional triangular template binary algorithm was proposed. The experimental results show that these methods are very effective for the image processing of this system.
