2002年8月2日,在市国有资产管理办公室主任陈步林和市科委副主任张鳌陪同下,全国人大常委会副委员长成思危视察了上海市高新技术成果转化服务中心和上海技术产权交易所(STSE)。 被业内人士称为“创中国风险投资事业之先”的成思危先生,多年来不遗余力地推动中国风险投资事业的发展,他的《关于尽快发展我国风险投资事业的提案》在1998年全国政协九届一次会议上被列为“一号提案”。由此,风险投资在中国才真正开始引起社会各界的关注和重视。
