Jia Pingwa’s novel “Qin cavity” describes the six types of illness phase. Hepatitis is not only a condemnation of wealth, but also a metaphor for peasants who live in extremely poor conditions. Gastric hemorrhage and excrement have become the diseases that rural cadres face in the hardship of rural governance. The description of these diseases is related to the health status of Jia Pingwa, and also relates to his complicated feelings about rural reform and adds a lot to the novel. However, the excessive writing of love disease affects the author’s expression of the simple emotion of his hometown.
