根据试验和生产情况,钢丝热处理后采用低浓度盐酸酸洗,选用参数为:温度>10℃。HCl浓度为70～170克/升,FeCl_2浓度为50～350克/升。
According to the test and the production situation, the steel wire is treated with low concentration hydrochloric acid after heat treatment. The selected parameters are: temperature> 10 ℃. HCl concentration of 70 to 170 grams / liter, FeCl 2 concentration of 50 to 350 grams / liter.
