棉籽壳生料栽培平菇新工艺的出现,对推广平菇生产起了很大作用。但由于缺乏一套相应的技术要领,在推广中往往套用灭菌培养基纯培养法,不少地方发生大面积的杂菌污染,造成很大损失。我们经反复试验,体会到要使生料栽培获得成功,除了选育健壮菌种外,不能套用灭菌培养基纯培养法,也就是不能单纯着眼平菇菌丝生长的各种因素,要考虑棉籽壳生料培养基在整个培养过程如何抑制杂菌的各种因素。
