1993年3月22～24日,北新桥街道在昌平县六亭饭店召开了驻地中央、市属单位与街道办事处精神文明共建座谈会,有近50人参加了会议。会上,办事处主任于艳华同志首先做了“互相沟通、互相理解、共建北新”的报告。报告从“坚持两个文明一起抓,两手抓,两手硬,做好街道工作”和“搞好共建,进一步加强精神文明建设”两个方面着重汇报了街道在坚持以经济建设为中心,实现创利千万元的同时,大力开展多种形式的精神文明建设活动,从而使街道在城市管理、社区服务、计划生育、红十字会等工作方面都出现了新局面。与
