针对高温腐蚀影响因素间的模糊性和不确定性,采用模糊层次分析法(FAHP)进行试验分析,通过对各影响因素两两间隶属度的判别,并结合现场试验,构造反映人们思维判断与客观事实一致性的模糊矩阵,定量计算出某电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀各影响因素的权重指标,找到了对锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀影响最大的因素,并进行了针对性的燃烧调整.半年后的停炉检查发现,水冷壁高温腐蚀现象得到了改善.
Aiming at the fuzziness and uncertainty of influencing factors of high temperature corrosion, this paper uses FAHP method to analyze and test. By discriminating between two or two membership factors of each influential factor, combining with field test, Objective matrix, and fuzzy matrix of objective factual consistency to calculate the weight index of each influencing factor of high temperature corrosion of water wall in boiler station of a power station, find out the factors that have the greatest influence on the high temperature corrosion of water wall of boiler, and carry out targeted combustion adjustment. Outbreak inspection found that water wall high temperature corrosion has been improved.
