用喷射成形技术制备了过共晶Al-Si合金沉积坯,对原始态、沉积态和挤压态的微观组织进行了观察和分析,讨论了淬火温度对沉积态组织的影响,探索了喷射成形合金后续致密化的工艺及合适的工艺参数。
The hypereutectic Al-Si alloy deposit was prepared by spray forming technology. The microstructure of the as-deposited, as-deposited and extruded state was observed and analyzed. The effect of quenching temperature on the microstructure was also discussed. Follow-up densification of the alloy process and the appropriate process parameters.
