本文主要运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对八段锦干预大学生抑郁情绪以及体育锻炼运动时间和强度影响大学生心理健康的研究现状进行了整理和分析,发现不同运动时间和强度的体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的影响程度不尽相同,且具体时间没有统一定论。因此,应进一步研究不同运动时间及强度的八段锦对抑郁等心理健康的影响及其影响程度的大小,为制定科学有效的八段锦运动处方提供依据。
This article mainly uses the methods of literature review, expert interviews and logical analysis to analyze and summarize the current situation of Badujin intervention on college students’ depression and the effect of exercise time and intensity on the mental health of college students.
