1日重庆市调整劳动能力鉴定收费标准。调整范围涉及两类:一类,工伤职工劳动能力初次鉴定收费标准调整为每案例400元,鉴定产生的费用,参加工伤保险的由工伤保险基金支付;鉴定结果为疾病与工伤无关、供养亲属未完全丧失劳动能力,以及再次鉴定或复查鉴定的结论没有变化所产生的鉴定费用由申请者承担;未参加工伤保险或未足额缴纳工伤保险费期间发生的费用由用人单位承担。二类,职工因病退休(职)劳动能力鉴定收费标准调整为每人次400元,鉴定费用由申请者承担。
