热电联产企业的主营业务为发电和供热,在社会运转中发挥着十分重要的作用。在经营过程中,管理工作的开展有利于企业良好的应对市场竞争,实现企业的持续发展,财务管理作为企业管理中的关键组成部分,在当前时代背景下,要求逐步的实现信息化。但最近煤炭行业调整措施的实施使得企业的经营压力越来越大,急需提升财务管理信息化建设工作的效果及速度,保障企业的良好发展。本文在介绍热电联产行业特点及财务风险的基础上,分析了当前企业财务管理信息化建设的现状,并提出了完善的措施,以能提升财务管理信息化建设水平,促使企业良好的应对经营压力。
The main business of a cogeneration enterprise is power generation and heat supply and plays a very important role in the social operation. In the course of business, the management work is conducive to a good business response to market competition and achieve sustainable development of enterprises, financial management as a key component of business management, in the current context of the times, requires the gradual realization of information technology. Recently, however, the implementation of the coal industry adjustment measures has made the management pressure of the enterprises more and more urgent, and the effectiveness and speed of the financial management information construction work urgently needs to be improved to ensure the sound development of the enterprises. On the basis of introducing the characteristics of cogeneration industry and financial risks, this paper analyzes the current status of the construction of enterprise financial management information and puts forward perfect measures in order to improve the level of informatization of financial management and promote the good response of enterprises pressure.
