结合生产中热挤压冲头寿命很低的问题,我们对3Cr2W8V钢制热挤压冲头进行了渗硼处理工艺试验,取得了明显效果,冲头寿命平均提高2.2倍,最高达4倍之多。
Combining with the problem of very low service life of hot extrusion punch in production, we have carried out boronizing treatment test on 3Cr2W8V hot extrusion punch, and achieved remarkable results. The average punch life is increased by 2.2 times and up to 4 times many.
