在我国,宫内节育器(IUD)已成为育龄妇女的主要避孕工具,深受广大育龄妇女和妇产科医务工作者的喜爱。而带器的绝经后妇女应何时取器以及长期放置可出现何种不良反应,又是老年妇女所关注的问题。本文对112例绝经后妇女取节育器的情况进行了分析,探讨取器时间、方法等有关问题,以便更好地指导临床工作。 一、临床资料 1.研究对象选择1997年6月～1999年10月来我院就诊的带器绝经后妇女,排除妇科肿瘤等疾患者共112例。年龄平均44～68岁,其中44～49岁者38人,50～59岁者65人,60岁以上者9人。绝经
