随着加密调整增产技术在海上油田的广泛应用,防碰问题已经成为严重影响钻井施工安全的主要问题之一。根据钻头破岩激发的振动波在地层及套管中的传播规律,建立了浅层多井防碰相对井间距预测模型,并利用所建模型对涠洲11-1N油田在钻井A16井的3口风险邻井套管头振动信号进行了分析处理,得出了监测井段钻头与各风险邻井套管的相对距离,其结果与COMPASS扫描分析结果较为一致。所建立的预测模型具有实时、快速特点,可以作为预测浅层多井防碰相对井间距的一种识别方式,为现场防碰作业提供参考。
With the wide application of stimulation technology to increase oil production in offshore oilfield, the anti-collision problem has become one of the major problems that seriously affect the safety of drilling construction. According to the propagation rule of vibrating wave excited by rock breaking in formation and casing, the prediction model of relative well spacing of shallow multi-well is established and the model is used to simulate the relationship between Weizhou 11-1N oilfield and drilling well A16 The relative vibration of the adjacent casing head vibration signal was analyzed and the relative distance between the drill bit of the monitoring well section and each adjacent casing was obtained. The result is in good agreement with the result of COMPASS scanning analysis. The established prediction model has the characteristics of real-time and fast, which can be used as a recognition method to predict the relative well spacing of shallow multi-well anti-collision and provide a reference for the field anti-collision operation.
