涂静:您在工作之余还读了成人本科、研究生课程,是什么让您一路坚持下来的?陆鑫源:我是一个“静”不下来也“闲”不住的人,总想找点事情,把自己全部“填”满。刚进单位时,我跟着老师傅学,但有些情况老师傅也不知该怎么办,于是我就自己找资料,并利用业余时间读了成人本科。后来我觉得和老外沟通起来有点吃力,就想还得进一步提升自己的技术,所以又去读了研究生。此外,我们有不少列车是法国生产的,为了更好地掌握列车的性能,我又去学习了法语。
