河北省水能资源较少,不少电站是利用灌溉用水发电的。由于受灌溉用水的制约,这类电站往往具有水头和流量变幅大的特点。目前中小型水轮机型谱中还没有能满足水头、流量变幅大的产品,所以在运行中因受水轮机设计工况的限制造成大量弃水和损失电能。为了挖掘设备潜力,提高电站经济效益,自1982年以来先后在东武仕、朱庄两电站的HL240-LJ-140型水轮机上进行了非设计工况运行试验,收到了较好的效果。
Less water resources in Hebei Province, many power plants are using irrigation water to generate electricity. Due to the constraints of irrigation water, such plants often have large head and flow characteristics. At present, there is no product that can meet the head and flow amplitude of large and medium-sized turbine, so a large amount of waste water and loss of electric energy are caused by the restriction of turbine design conditions during operation. In order to tap the potential of equipment and increase the economic benefits of power plants, a series of tests have been carried out on non-designed working conditions of HL240-LJ-140 turbines at Dongwu Shi and Zhuzhuang Hydropower Plants since 1982, and have achieved good results.
