针对现阶段我国公路工程施工现状情况,根据长期的公路质量管理工作经验,从勘测设计工作、招投标工作中普遍存在的问题出发,从提高质量意识,完善体系、制度,明确责任目标,奖罚分明等方面探讨了质量管理体系对施工质量的影响,从而说明监理制度的重要性。从多角度对影响公路工程质量的因素进行了分析,通过阐述如何做好路基、路面基层的质量管理,指出质量管理在公路工程施工中的具体实施办法以及对策。对公路工程施工管理工作的这些总结,对该行业的从业者具有参考价值。
