湖南大庸市过去一直处于贫困状态,地方财政支大于收。随着经济体制改革的不断深入,市委、市政府从本市民族地区的实际出发,确定以旅游为重点的城乡协调发展的战略思想。几年来,经各部门密切配合,已取得初步成绩。他们的做法是: 一、用“旅游”这把金钥匙,打开经济发展的大门。该市有丰富的旅游资源,以张家界为主体的山、河、洞自然景观,巧夺天工,秀色迷人,是国内少见的大型风景点。1983年以后,市委、市政府注意到旅游收入逐年上升的趋势,决定以旅游为重点发展其他各业,并为此采取了一系列措施:一是大力宣传,提高张家界国家森林公园的知名度,使更多的人了解张家界,迷恋张家界。二是加强旅游设施的建设,逐渐改善旅游条件。现已修通了51公里旅游公路,34公里景区旅
The city of Dayong in Hunan used to be in a state of poverty, and local financial support was higher than income. The natural scenery of mountains, rivers and caves with Zhangjiajie as the main body is an intriguing and beautiful scenery. It is a rare scenic spot in China. After 1983, the municipal party committee and the municipal government noted the increasing trend of tourism income year by year. It decided to develop other industries based on tourism and adopted a series of measures to this end: First, vigorously publicize and increase the visibility of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. More people know Zhangjiajie and are obsessed with Zhangjiajie. The second is to strengthen the construction of tourism facilities and gradually improve tourism conditions. It has now completed 51 kilometers of tourist highways and 34 kilometers of scenic brigades.
