经小鼠急性中毒试验确定,转Bt-基因抗虫棉棉仁粉属无毒级。同时,进行了28天大鼠喂养试验和8天鹌鹑喂养试验。结果显示:各试验组体重、食物利用率与对照组无显著差异,受试动物生长发育及行为正常,无死亡。对大鼠肝、肾、胃、盲肠、结肠、小肠及睾丸进行组织切片检查,均未见病理性改变。大鼠肝、肾、睾丸的重量比及血液中谷丙转氨酶活性和尿素氮水平均在正常值范围内,试验组与对照组无明显差异。上述结果表明,转Bt-基因抗虫棉棉仁粉经脱棉酚处理后,对动物无毒害作用,因而与常规棉棉仁粉一样,可作为畜禽饲料资源
Acute poisoning test in mice confirmed that transgenic Bt-Bt cotton lincomycin is non-toxic. In the meantime, a 28-day rat feeding test and an 8-day quail feeding test were conducted. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight and food utilization between the experimental groups and the control group. The growth and behavior of the tested animals were normal and no death was found. Pathological changes were not observed in rat liver, kidney, stomach, cecum, colon, small intestine and testis. Rat liver, kidney, testicular weight ratio and blood alanine aminotransferase activity and urea nitrogen levels were within the normal range, the experimental group and the control group no significant difference. The above results show that the transgenic Bt-Bt cotton milled linseed powder has no poisonous effect on the animals after it has been treated with phenol-free phenolics. Therefore, it can be used as the livestock and poultry feed resource
