采用聚乙二醇-600(PEG-600)改性丙烯腈-衣康酸二元共聚的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纺丝液,并通过湿纺制备出初生纤维。通过接触角测试、光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)研究了PEG-600用量对PAN树脂亲水性、初生纤维横截面形貌、晶态结构的影响。结果表明,PEG-600用量为0.1%时,与未加PEG-600的样品相比,PAN树脂的亲水性降低,初生纤维的横截面仍为非圆形,皮芯结构增强,结晶度降低,晶粒尺寸变大;PEG-600用量为0.3%~0.5%时,与未添加PEG-600的样品相比,PAN树脂的亲水性较未加PEG-600的样品的亲水性增加,初生纤维的横截面为圆形,皮芯结构减弱,结晶度降低但比PEG-600用量为0.1%样品的高,晶粒尺寸与PEG-600用量为0.1%样品的相同。
