为了进一步加强我院传染病预防控制与管理,确保对传染病例早发现、早报告、早隔离、早治疗,防止疫情进一步扩散,笔者对本院门诊部、住院部等9个科室2011年度所接诊的患者进行了传染病漏报调查,现报道如下。1调查方法采取逐个查阅的方法,对各科门诊日志、传染病登记本、放射科病例登记本、住院部各科传染病登记本和出入院记录
