当代社会经济快速发展,富一代们已逐渐老去,公司在传承和接力方面的问题已经非常突出。当有限责任公司的股东死亡后,公证机构在办理继承权公证时经常会碰到各种情况,为了迎合社会发展的需求,缓解法院诉讼的压力,凸显公证为社会保驾护航的作用,本文拟对有限责任公司股东继承权问题作一个剖析,为公证机构办理有限责任公司股东继承权公证时提供一些理论参考。
With the rapid social and economic development in the contemporary era, the wealthy generation has gradually become old and the problems in the company’s inheritance and relay have become very prominent. When the shareholders of a limited liability company die, the notary public often encounters various situations in handling notarization of succession rights. In order to meet the demand of social development, relieve the pressure on court proceedings and highlight the role of notarization in escorting the society. The analysis of the succession rights of shareholders of a responsible company provides some theoretical references for the notary office to handle the notarization of the succession rights of shareholders of a limited liability company.
