首批新能源车进入置换期201 2年,国家刚刚开始推广新能源汽车,很多北京车主顺势购买了纯电动汽车。由于电池性能的衰减,现在很多车主都准备置换新车。而在处理旧车时,却让很多车主遇到阻碍。只开了四年的纯电动车,很多二手车商都不会收购,愿意收购的也只有一万左右的低价。当前,新能源汽车因为寿命和和安全等不确定性,使得新能源汽车无法计算汽车保值率。
