因材施教理论要求根据不同对象的具体情况,采用不同的教育方法实施教育,能够全面激发学生的学习兴趣,在小学美术教学中推广因材施教的理论,更多地让教学从面向全体同学转变为因材施教地面对全体同学,确保美术教学的魅力能够全面施展开来。但是由于环境、教育、学生本身的实践以及先天的遗传素质不同,学生存在着个体差异,因材施教的教学理念根据孩子的天赋、性格、兴趣爱好等选择不同的教育方式,能够关注学生个体差异,使一部分学生发挥出自己的优势,成为一个优秀的人才。本文分析了“因材施教”理论于小学美术教学的开展背景,提出了“因材施教”彰显小学美术教学魅力的实施策略。
According to the different teaching methods, different teaching methods can be used to implement education according to the specific conditions of different subjects. It can stimulate students’ interest in learning in all aspects, promote the theory of teaching students according to their aptitude in primary school art teaching, and make the teaching more suitable for all students. For all the students, to ensure that the charm of art teaching can be fully demonstrated. However, due to the differences of environment, education, students’ own practice and inherent genetic quality, students have individual differences. Individualized teaching methods based on their aptitude choose different education methods according to children’s talent, personality and hobbies, Some students play their own advantages and become a good talent. This paper analyzes the background of “teaching students according to their aptitude ” in elementary school art teaching, and puts forward the implementation strategy of “teaching students according to their aptitude” to highlight the charm of primary school art teaching.
