经过近几年的艰苦努力,海南中部贫困地区扶贫攻坚工作取得了显著成绩,中部6市县经济有了新的增长。但是,经济落后的形势依然严峻,贫困仍然是发展中部贫困山区经济的严重障碍。一是贫困面依然很大。二是贫困人口所处的环境极为恶劣。三是许多农民文化知识水平低,科技素质差,生产效率低下。四是市县、乡镇财政极其困难,资金严重短缺。应当看到,中部贫困地区群众有着迅速脱贫致富的强烈愿望,是扶贫攻坚
After painstaking efforts in recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in tackling poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas in central Hainan, with six new economic growths in central cities and counties in central China. However, the economic backwardness is still grim and poverty remains a serious obstacle to the development of the economy in impoverished mountainous areas in the central region. First, the poverty side is still huge. Second, the poor people live in extremely harsh conditions. Third, many farmers have low level of cultural knowledge, poor quality of science and technology, and low productivity.
