试验的目的为了进一步提高鑿岩速度和更有效地使用硬质合金钎头,降低鑿岩成本,必需改进现有的鑿岩工具——钎头的结构。这项工作在苏联有专门的研究机构进行过一些改进试验,从1953年开始在各矿山先后作过生产试验,并在试验中改进了合金片的形状,获得了一些经验。在我国过去几年中先后也进行过少量的试验研究工作,但是,由于合金片的形状和质量不能满足试验的要求,这一工作还未进行过较大数量的生产试验,所以钎头的改进还待研究。我们所进行的这一次试验还只是研究改进现在使用的硬质合金钎头的工作的开始,今后还将不断地研究试验,以便更快地加速祖国建设和满足生产不断发展的需要。
