伴随经济的快速发展,企业作为推动经济发展的重要力量,早已不能局限于眼前的利益,因此,承担力所能及的社会责任不仅可以提升企业的绩效水平,而且可以实现持续健康的发展。本文首先阐述了企业社会责任的相关定义,其次关于学术界对于企业社会责任与企业绩效间关系的研究进行综述;最后得出出现差异的原因并给出建议。
With the rapid economic development, as an important force for promoting economic development, an enterprise can no longer be limited to immediate interests. Therefore, social responsibility that can be undertaken within its means can not only enhance the performance level of enterprises, but also achieve sustainable and healthy development. This article firstly elaborates the definition of corporate social responsibility, then summarizes the research on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance in academia, and finally draws the reasons for the differences and gives some suggestions.
