根据8个单剪试件的试验研究结果,采用有限元通用软件ABAQUS进行了数值模拟,通过分析试件的破坏模式、FRP板应变分布规律和极限承载力的变化情况,考察了胶层厚度对CFRP-混凝土界面黏结强度的影响。研究结果表明:胶层厚度对CFRP-混凝土界面的黏结性能有显著影响,黏结强度随胶层厚度增加而提高,增加到3 mm时达到最大;超过3 mm时,强度等级低的混凝土界面黏结强度随着胶层厚度的增加而减小,而强度等级高的混凝土界面黏结强度随着胶层厚度的增加而继续增大,但增加幅度减小。
