目的：以处方点评为基础，促进临床合理用药，保障患者用药安全。方法每月随机抽取100张门诊处方，以相应的法律法规和药品说明书等作为依据，对抽查处方进行统计、分析、点评。结果随机抽查处方1800张，合理1715张，不合理85张。结论此次抽查处方合格率为95.28%。处方点评工作的持续开展有效降低了我院不合理处方比例。“,”Objective To promote clinical rational drug use and ensure safe drug use of patients through comments on prescription. Method One hundred outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected every month,and were collected,analysed and reviewed based on the corresponding laws and regulations and drug instructions.Results There were 1715 reasonable prescriptions and 85 unreasonable prescriptions in 1800 random prescriptions. Conclusion The qualified rate of prescriptions was 95.28% in this random test.The continuous development of the comments on prescription has effectively reduced the proportion of the unreasonable prescriptions in our hospital.
