1病历摘要男,10岁。因发热、咳嗽5 d入院。入院后查支原体抗体阳性,拍胸片可见双肺下野点片状阴影,化验心肌酶谱:CK-MB40 U/L,-αHBDH 282 U/L,CPK 190 U/L,AST 40 U/L,诊断支原体肺炎合并心肌损害,计划给予静脉滴注阿奇霉素、氨溴索、生脉注射液及黄氏注射液。当滴完10%葡萄糖溶液200 ml+阿奇霉素0.2 g后又静脉滴注10%葡萄糖溶液
