上海第二医科大学附属新华儿童医院报道,1972～1979年该院确诊的儿童急性白血病中获得无病生存达4～14年的12例患儿,至今体格、智力发育良好。他们已停药2～9年,血液学检查均无异常,其中5例曾有过髓或髓外复发。通过实验室的一些特殊项目检查,对这些病例是否属于治愈的问题作了初步探讨,并就其能长期无病生存及治疗中的一些体会进行讨论。
Xinhua Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Second Medical University reported that from 1972 to 1979 the hospital was diagnosed with acute leukemia in children with disease-free survival of 4 to 14 years in 12 cases of children so far physical and mental development is good. They have discontinued 2 to 9 years, no abnormal hematological examination, of which 5 had recurrence of medullary or extramedullary. Through some special laboratory tests, we made preliminary discussions on whether these cases are cured or not, and discussed some of their experiences in long-term disease-free survival and treatment.
