目的研究过量碘对中枢神经系统的影响。方法本实验分为三组,适碘组、过碘Ⅰ组,过碘Ⅱ组,分别以含碘量为50μg/L、5000μg/L、10μg/L蒸馏水及普通饲料喂养豚鼠6个月,分别测定大脑皮质及海马组织一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氧含量。结果过碘组大脑皮质及海马组织一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氮含量较适碘组明显降低(P<0.01),但两过碘组间一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氮含量比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论过量碘可以引起大脑皮质、海马组织一氧化氮和酶活性及一氧化氮含量的降低进而对中枢神经系统造成损伤,影响学习记忆与智力。
Objective To study the effects of excess iodine on the central nervous system. Methods The experiment was divided into three groups: iodine group, iodine group Ⅰ and iodine Ⅱ group. The guinea pigs were respectively fed with iodine 50μg / L, 5000μg / L, 10μg / L distilled water and ordinary feed for 6 months, The nitric oxide and enzyme activity and the content of oxygen monoxide in cerebral cortex and hippocampus were measured. Conclusion Excessive iodine can cause the decrease of nitric oxide and enzyme activity and nitric oxide content in the cerebral cortex and hippocampus, leading to damage to the central nervous system and affecting learning and memory and intelligence.
