小平同志南巡讲话后,举国上下掀起了改革开放的更大浪潮。企业外部参与市场竞争,内部引入岗位竞争,对增强企业活力,提高社会经济效益收到明显效果。笔者了解到,企业对市场竞争中的沉浮心服口服.而职工对岗位竞争中的升降颇有微词。岗位竞争的主要形式是优化劳动组合(有的称合理组合),其初衷无疑是提高员工素质,优化系统功能,发挥激励作用。而在具体操作中却出现了五花八门的变异现象,派生出令人忧思的负效应。

The author understands that companies are convinced by the ups and downs in the market competition, and the employees have quite a few words about the rise and fall in job competition. The main form of job competition is to optimize the labor mix (some known as a reasonable combination), and its original intention is undoubtedly to improve the quality of employees, optimize system functions, and play an incentive role. However, in the specific operation, there is a variety of variation phenomenon, which derives a negative effect of worrying.
