随着全球经济一体化的发展,把产品开发、标准化与市场经济紧密联系在一起是国际的潮流,一个不熟悉标准、不参与标准化活动的企业,就缺少了在市场经济中立足的技术基础。采用国际标准是我国的一项重大的经济政策,也是推动技术进步、提高产品质量的一项措施。积极采用国际标准,对培育和发展我国社会主义市场经济、推动现代化企业制度的建立、加快与国际接轨,显得尤其重要和迫切。
With the development of global economic integration, it is the international trend to closely link product development and standardization with the market economy. An enterprise that is not familiar with standards and does not participate in standardization activities lacks the technological base that is based on the market economy. The adoption of international standards is a major economic policy of our country and a measure to promote technological progress and improve product quality. The active adoption of international standards is particularly important and urgent for fostering and developing China’s socialist market economy, promoting the establishment of a modern enterprise system and accelerating its international standardization.
