本文介绍了 JXS 型高功率 YAG 激光综合冶疗机械的组成,激光发生器各参数的选择,所研制的激光稳流电源的特点以及导光系统等的设计考虑。列举了该机的主要性能指标:光纤末端最大输出功率>70W,在此以下连续可调;在高功率的情况下,导光系统的导光效率可达88%;既可以(1/8)″、(1/4)″、(1/2)″、1″脉冲间歇照射,又可连续照射。最后,对该机简要地进行了可靠性的初步估测,出示可靠性的检验结果。可靠性的理论和该机实用的结果表明,采取工作和准工作交替进行的工作方式不仅完全能满足医疗的需要,而且又是提高该机长期工作的稳定性和可靠性的行之有效的方法。
This article introduces the composition of the JXS high-power YAG laser comprehensive treatment machine, the selection of the parameters of the laser generator, the characteristics of the laser steady-flow power supply and the light guide system design considerations. The main performance indexes of the aircraft are listed as follows: the maximum output power of the fiber end is> 70W, which is continuously adjustable below; under the condition of high power, the light guiding efficiency of the light guiding system can reach 88%; both (1/8) “, (1/4)”, (1/2) “, 1” pulse intermittent irradiation, but also continuous irradiation. Finally, the aircraft briefly conducted a preliminary assessment of reliability, reliability test results show. The theory of reliability and the practical results of the aircraft show that working methods that work alternately and quasi-work alternately can not only fully meet the medical needs, but also are effective methods to improve the stability and reliability of long-term work of the aircraft .
