企业办学校,特别是办普通中小学,是许多国有大中型企业在特定历史条件下形成的一道景观。有的视之为包袱,有的把它当宝库。这篇来自长安一中的报道说明:是包袱还是宝库,不同的思路有不同的结果。在深化企业改革中,让这些企业站在同一起跑线上,甩掉包袱轻装前进,无疑是总的趋势和长远目标。然而在改革过程中转化包袱为宝库并加以开发挖掘,也不失为一种思路。不拘一格,但求有效,方能水到渠成。
Enterprises run schools, especially ordinary primary and secondary schools, are the landscapes formed by many state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises under certain historical conditions. Some consider it a burden, and some treat it as a treasure house. This report from one of Chang’an shows: is a burden or treasure house, different ideas have different results. In deepening the reform of enterprises, letting these enterprises stand on the same starting line and getting rid of them will undoubtedly be the general trend and long-term goal.
