轮状病毒是引起儿童重症腹泻最重要的病原体,轮状病毒感染引起的血清抗体反应是轮状病毒减毒活疫苗效果评价的重要指标。本文综述了轮状病毒血清抗体与保护作用关系的研究进展,以期为轮状病毒疫苗的研究提供参考。
Rotavirus is the most important cause of severe diarrhea in children. Serum antibody response caused by rotavirus infection is an important index to evaluate the effect of live attenuated rotavirus vaccine. This review summarizes the research progress of the relationship between rotavirus serum antibodies and their protective effects in order to provide a reference for the research of rotavirus vaccine.
