1998年5月6日至8日,文化科技管理工作研讨会在厦门召开。来自全国25个省、自治区、直辖市文化厅,有关直属单位及4个文化部批准认可的技术检测机构的处(所)长共40余人参加了会议。文化部科技司副司长、全国艺术科技规划领导小组办公室主任童明康同志主持会议并讲话,福建省文化厅副厅长郭勋安、厦门市文化局局长余振杰也在会上作了讲话。
From May 6 to May 8, 1998, a Seminar on Culture, Science and Technology Management was held in Xiamen. Over 40 people from the departments of culture of the 25 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, directly affiliated units and 4 technical inspection agencies approved by the Ministry of Culture attended the meeting. Tong Mingkang, deputy director of the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Culture and director of the National Leading Group for Arts and Technology Planning, presided over the conference and delivered a speech. Guo Xun'an, deputy director of the Fujian Provincial Department of Culture, and Yu Zhenjie, director of Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Culture, made speeches.
