近年来家长陪读现象愈演愈烈,为规范和引导这一行为,部分学校为学生家长安排了陪读寝室。对于学生而言,安排陪读寝室更有利于学生与其父母的情感交流,有利于引导学生养成良好生活习惯。家长也因为陪读寝室期限短的原因有效降低家庭经济压力,也能避免夫妻长期分居;对于学校也是一个有效遏制校外租房热潮的措施,并创新地把陪读这一现象纳入了学校管理的范围。然而凡事有利必然也有弊,基于对利弊两方面的分析,认为有助于对学校管理提供借鉴。
In recent years, the phenomenon of parents attending schools intensified, in order to regulate and guide this behavior, some schools arranged for the parents of students to accompany the bedroom. For students, arranging sleeping quarters is more conducive to students and their parents emotional exchanges, help to guide students to develop good habits. Parents also effectively reduce the financial pressure on their families due to the short term stay of their parents and avoid the long-term separation of husband and wife. For schools, this is also an effective measure to curb rent-seeking off-campus and innovate in incorporating the phenomenon of reading into school management. However, there are both advantages and disadvantages of all things. Based on the analysis of pros and cons, we think it is helpful to provide reference for school management.
