革命圣地延安的宝塔山下,延河之滨,有一座历经几十年的图书馆,这,就是延安中山图书馆。这里,有一支团结奋进的图书馆队伍,更有一位性格直爽、事业心强、工作有魄力的优秀党员,她,就是中山图书馆馆长高巧玲同志。2005年3月,高巧玲同志服从组织分配,从宝塔区文体事业局副局长一职调任宝塔区图书馆馆长。接到调令之初,她心里难免敲鼓:“自己以前从未接触过图书馆工作,听说是个烂摊子,去了能干好吗?”但想到自己是名共产党员,又是国家工作人员,组织上的信任,同事们的企盼,使她毅然下了决心:“干”!
