采用四因素三水平中心复合实验法优化嗜单宁管囊酵母(Pachysolen tannophilus)发酵生产乙醇的条件,根据实验数据拟合建立关于乙醇浓度随发酵时间、接种量、转速、发酵温度等因素变化的数学模型。根据该模型进行工艺参数的优化,以乙醇浓度为指标,实验所得的嗜单宁管囊酵母发酵生产乙醇的优化工艺条件为:发酵时间68h,接种量6%,转速120r/min,发酵温度32℃。该条件下乙醇产量为20.58g/L,残葡萄糖浓度为0.119g/L。对模型的有效性进行检验。
The conditions of ethanol production from Pachysolen tannophilus fermentation were optimized by compound experiment with four factors and three horizontal centers. Based on the experimental data, the conditions of ethanol concentration with fermentation time, inoculum size, rotation speed, fermentation temperature and other factors were established mathematical model. According to this model, the optimal process parameters were optimized with ethanol concentration as the indicator. The optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: fermenting time 68h, inoculum 6%, speed 120r / min, fermentation temperature 32 ℃. Under the conditions of ethanol yield of 20.58g / L, residual glucose concentration of 0.119g / L. Test the validity of the model.
