目的观察赛庚啶与维脑路通合用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组给予赛庚啶2 mg,3次/d,同时给维脑路通400 mg加入5%GS液体内静脉滴注1次/d,7 d后改口服200 mg,3次/d,连用3周,共4周为1个疗程。对照组给尼莫地平40 mg,3次/d,口服,疗程与治疗组相同。结果治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赛庚啶与维脑路通联合治疗偏头痛疗效显著,价格低、用药方便、不良反应少。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cyproheptadine combined with Viagra on the treatment of migraine. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 32 cases, the treatment group given cyproheptadine 2 mg, 3 times / d, while Venoruton 400 mg added 5% GS liquid intravenous infusion of 1 / d, 7 d after oral change 200 mg, 3 times / d, once every 3 weeks, a total of 4 weeks for a course of treatment. The control group to nimodipine 40 mg, 3 times / d, oral, treatment and treatment group the same. Results There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion cyproheptadine combined with Viagra treatment of migraine headache significant effect, low price, convenient medication, fewer adverse reactions.
