动物实验和临床病理观察发现二硫化碳对血管有明显的损害作用。为观察二硫化碳对脑血管及脑循环的影响,我们研究了接触二硫化碳工人的脑血流图变化。脑血流图是近年来用来反映颅内血管的机能状态、脑部血容量变化的一种电生理方法。目前已应用于神经系统、心血管疾病,及职业病的检查。
Animal experiments and clinicopathological observations found that carbon disulfide has significant damage to blood vessels. To investigate the effect of carbon disulfide on cerebrovascular and cerebral circulation, we investigated changes in cerebral blood flow patterns in workers exposed to carbon disulfide. Cerebral blood flow diagram is used in recent years to reflect the functional status of intracranial blood vessels, blood volume changes in the brain electrophysiological method. Has been used in the nervous system, cardiovascular disease, and occupational diseases check.
