糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症,也是糖尿病患者的主要死亡原因。糖尿病肾病临床非常常见,目前常用的降糖药物几乎均不同程度经肾脏排泄或降解,如何合理选择应用降糖药物是临床经常遇到的问题。文章根据降糖药物的药代动力学、代谢途径、临床有效性和安全性分别阐述了常用降糖药物在糖尿病肾病中的应用。
Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a common microvascular complication of diabetes and is the leading cause of death in people with diabetes. Diabetic nephropathy clinically very common, the current commonly used hypoglycemic drugs are almost all excreted or degraded by the kidneys, how to choose a reasonable choice of hypoglycemic drugs is often encountered in clinical problems. According to the pharmacokinetics, metabolic pathways, clinical efficacy and safety of hypoglycemic agents, the article describes the application of commonly used hypoglycemic drugs in diabetic nephropathy.
