广州南沙体育馆屋盖采用了新型的双层轮辐式空间张弦预应力钢屋架。介绍了其屋盖结构体系的布置特点,对预应力施加方法的确定、预应力施加过程中结构的变形、重要构件的内力进行了分析,并对预应力施加过程的监测数据进行了分析。分析表明,在张拉过程初期,结构应力发生较大的重分布,因此每级张拉应间隔一定时间,并且环境温度对双层轮辐式空间张弦结构的影响较大。
Guangzhou Nansha Stadium roof with a new double-spoke spoke space prestressed steel truss frame. The layout characteristics of the roof structure system are introduced. The methods of prestressing application, the deformation of the structure during the prestressing process and the internal forces of the important components are analyzed. The monitoring data of the prestressing process are also analyzed. The analysis shows that during the initial tensioning process, the structural stress is redistributed greatly. Therefore, the tension of each stage should be separated by a certain amount of time, and the influence of ambient temperature on the string structure of the double-spoke spoke space is greater.
