1 工程概况 工商大厦位于延安东路、金陵东路、溪口路、江西南路交汇处,占地面积4270m~2,建筑面积75000m~2,是一幢大型综合楼。主楼地下2层、地上34层,结构采用框筒结构,平面呈切角八边形,高度为129.9m,北面紧临延安东路隧道北线。工商大厦的3层裙房为地下1层、地上3层的框架结构,高度为15.6m,新建成的延安东路隧道南线从其地下车库穿
1 Project Overview Located at the intersection of Yan’an East Road, Jinling East Road, Xikou Road, and Jiangxi South Road, the Industrial and Commercial Building covers an area of 4270m 2 and a building area of 75000m 2 . It is a large-scale comprehensive building. The main building has 2 floors underground and 34 floors above the ground. The structure adopts a frame structure. The plane is cut in an octagonal shape with a height of 129.9m. The north is close to the north line of Yan’an East Road Tunnel. The three-storey podium of the industrial and commercial building is a 1 story underground structure with a 3 storey above-ground frame structure and a height of 15.6 meters. The newly built Yanan East Road tunnel is passed through from its underground garage.
