目的 :99mTc -Sandostatin显像对胰腺癌的早期诊断价值及其瘤体组织生长抑素受体 (SSR)的表达情况。方法 :用99mTc标记Sandostatin进行裸鼠胰腺癌模型显像 ,计算瘤体与对侧正常组织的放射性比值 (T/N) ;用RT -PCR方法检测瘤体组织的SSR1、SSR2、SSR2、SSR5mRNA的表达。结果 :1 6只胰腺癌裸鼠模型中有 1 1只显像阳性 ,5只显像阴性。显像阳性鼠的T/N为 2 5 3± 0 84 ,显像阴性鼠的T/N为 1 0 4± 0 0 6 ,两者之间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。显像阳性的瘤体组织其SSR1、SSR2、SSR5mRNA的表达分别显著高于显像阴性的瘤体组织的SSR1、SSR2、SSR5mRNA表达 ,P均 <0 .0 1。结论 :99mTc -Sandostatin生长抑素受体显像是一种无创、安全、有效、简便的检查方法 ,对胰腺肿瘤有一定的诊断价值 ,但只有生长抑素受体表达水平高的肿瘤能够显像
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the early diagnostic value of 99mTc-Sandostatin imaging and its expression of somatostatin receptor (SSR) in pancreatic cancer. Methods: Sandostatin was labeled with 99mTc and the radioactivity ratio (T / N) of the tumor was calculated. The RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of SSR1, SSR2, SSR2 and SSR5 mRNA expression. Results: Twenty-one pancreatic cancer nude mice models were positive in 11 cases and negative in 5 cases. The T / N of imaging positive mice was 253 ± 0 84, while the imaging negative mice T / N was 104 ± 0 0 6, there was a significant difference between the two (P <0.01). The expression of SSR1, SSR2 and SSR5 mRNA in the imaging positive tissue was significantly higher than that in the imaging negative tissue, respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion: Somatostatin receptor imaging of 99mTc-Sandostatin is a noninvasive, safe, effective and simple method for the diagnosis of pancreatic tumors. However, only tumors with high expression of somatostatin receptors can be visualized
