In order to implement the “Decision of the State Council on Basic Education Reform and Development” and comprehensively promote quality education, the “Law and Libraries (Rooms) Regulations (Revised)” and “Full-time Ordinary High School Chinese Syllabus (Experimental Revised Edition)” are combined.
