应用扫描电子显微镜，并辅用光学显微镜对孢子药材和花类药材进行了孢子和花粉粒结构的显微和超显微研究，为孢子药材和花类药材的鉴别提供了可靠的方法和依据。
The microscopic and ultrastructural studies of spores and pollen grains of spore herbs and flower seeds were performed using scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy. These provided reliable methods and basis for the identification of spores and flowers.
